Job summary

Help Enterprises Limited is seeking a motivated Coach to deliver Employment Services within the Inclusive Employment Australia division. This full-time role is based at Miranda in the St George - Sutherland Region and focuses on guiding participants through their employment journey with tailored plans and employer connections.

You will manage a caseload, build work readiness, address barriers, and support ongoing mentoring once participants commence work.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employment Services or similar roles is desirable.
• Ability to support participants to achieve employment goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure participants' employment goals are central to planning.
• Support a caseload with guidance and direction.
• Meet individual and team KPIs within program requirements.
• Deliver coaching aligned with the Help Service Delivery Model.
• Build rapport and create tailored action plans.
• Link participants to training, qualifications and supports.
• Monitor progress at 4, 12, 26 and 52 weeks; report risks.
• Collaborate with specialists to engage inclusive employers.
• Create sustainable job opportunities through employer relationships.
• Assist employers with inclusive practices and workplace adjustments.
