Help Enterprises Australia is seeking a Coach for its Inclusive Employment Australia division in the South Burnett region. You will support participants toward sustainable employment, building work readiness, addressing barriers, and connecting them with training and employers.

Work is full-time with travel between sites. You will mentor participants after placement and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen job retention and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering coaching or support services is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and KPIs in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching and support to participants through their employment journey.
• Build rapport and create tailored action plans to assist job seekers.
• Monitor progress, manage milestones, and report risks to the team.
