You will collaborate with staff, families, and external supports to ensure high-quality learning experiences in a Catholic school community.

The role focuses on developing personalised plans, maintaining rigorous assessment, and fostering inclusive practices across the school while promoting spiritual and moral development

Qualifications

• Knowledge of educational policies, practices, and strategies supporting students with disabilities.
• Curriculum development and adaption aligned with standards and policies.
• Understanding the NCCD and how to develop learning profiles with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, learner-centered environment aligned with disability policies and practices.
• Collaboratively develop inclusive education programs and assess/report student progress.
• Implement adaptive, equitable teaching strategies to support diverse learners.
• Oversee Personalised Support Plans with clear adjustment requirements.
• Engage with leadership, staff, families, and external supports to improve student outcomes.
• Supervise students and support pastoral care and spiritual development.
• Contribute to school events and community engagement.
