• Postgraduate qualification in inclusive education is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and ordered learning environment aligned with curriculum policies for students with disabilities.
• Collaboratively develop and implement inclusive education practices, curricula, and pedagogy; assess and report student progress.
• Implement adaptive and equitable teaching practices.
• Oversee development of Personalised Support Plans with clear language understandable by teachers.
• Engage in professional renewal to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership, teachers and staff in school life.
• Provide supervision of students and uphold safety.
• Encourage church involvement and community engagement in learning.
• Support the school in events and celebrations.
