Job summary

St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School in West Bundaberg is seeking a Teacher (Inclusive Education) for a full-time term 1, 2027 commencement. You will provide intervention support to students, especially those with specific learning needs, under the Principal’s direction.

You will collaborate with classroom teachers to develop Personal Learning Plans, differentiate learning, coordinate visiting paraprofessionals, and contribute to NCCD documentation while building staff capability and embedding

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in inclusive education or equivalent knowledge.
• Ability to obtain approved Queensland College of Teachers Registration.
• Experience in delivering inclusive curricula.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on differentiation and adjustments.
• Develop Personal Learning Plans with parents, teachers and students.
• Organise and timetable visiting paraprofessionals.
• Coordinate case management processes and NCCD documentation.
• Coach staff and embed inclusive curriculum and accessible assessment design.
