About The Role

As the IT & Change Manager, you’ll be accountable for the stability, reliability and safe evolution of Regis’ critical digital services. You’ll lead Major Incident Management end-to-end, enable risk‑based change, reduce repeat incidents through strong Problem Management, and deliver clear, confident communications in high‑pressure environments.
