Job summary

Regis is seeking a Regional General Manager to lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across Queensland, including South East and North Queensland. You will ensure safe, high-quality care while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

You will coach General Managers, oversee governance, and partner with stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement across the region. This is a high-impact leadership role.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across multi-site or dispersed operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with accountability for budgets, EBITDA and occupancy.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing leadership teams.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory, governance or compliance environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making ability.
• Passion for driving quality care outcomes and organisational performance.

About the Role

As a Regional General Manager, you will lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across Queensland, including both South East Queensland and North Queensland operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

You will coach and develop General Managers, oversee quality, compliance and clinical governance, and partner with key stakeholders to drive performance, workforce capability, growth and continuous improvement across the region.
