Job summary

Regis Aged Care is seeking a senior risk leader to shape enterprise risk strategy and lead assurance improvements across its Melbourne-based operations. The role involves reporting to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, with hybrid working and travel across Regis homes and services.

You will provide evidence-based insights to executives and Board committees, shape risk appetite, and drive second-line reviews to strengthen resilience and assurance coordination.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise risk, governance, assurance or compliance experience.
• Practical expertise in ISO 31000, risk appetite and the Three Lines model.
• Experience advising executives and preparing Board-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, Power BI and risk-technology capability.
• A relevant tertiary qualification.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and constructively challenging decisions.

About The Role

This is a permanent, full-time Melbourne-based role involving regular travel to Regis homes and services.
