Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney seeks a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support a growing team of agents. You will oversee the entire sales process, from crafting and delivering marketing materials to ensuring adherence to corporate policies and supplier deadlines.

You will coordinate campaigns, manage listings, and support agents with inquiries while helping maintain social media and team marketing efforts. A Certificate of Registration is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certificate of Registration.
• Ability to coordinate marketing campaigns and manage client databases.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, including preparing sales contracts and managing client databases.
• Ensure timely property listings on website portals.
• Efficiently manage sales transactions and client records.
• Arrange new listings, settlement tasks, and client gifts.
• Assist agents with marketing inquiries and the sales process.
• Contribute to team marketing efforts and oversee social media accounts.
• Resolve administrative issues and streamline processes as necessary.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and maintain meeting records.
