Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or a similar B2B support role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience beyond data entry preferred.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communicator liaising with management, customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, proposals and tender documents with timely follow-up.
• Maintain Salesforce records and pipeline data with accuracy.
• Prepare sales reports and track leads, quotations and demonstrations.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media content and collateral.
• Assist with product launches, events and trade shows.
• Liaise across sales, service, parts and administration teams to optimise information flow.
