hipages is Australia’s leading home improvement platform and is hiring an Inbound Sales representative to convert warm tradie enquiries into subscription sales. In a phone-based role you’ll hit weekly activity and revenue targets by closing deals and signing tradies up to our platform.

You’ll engage with customers over the phone, learn their business needs, handle objections, and log accurate details into Salesforce.

Formación

• At least 1 year experience in a high-volume phone-based sales role.
• Energy, optimism and a can-do mindset for turning a no into a yes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working Holiday Visa 417 holders are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Hit activity and revenue targets by closing sales and signing tradies up to our platform.
• Engage with tradie customers over the phone and understand their pain points.
• Manage inquiries and objections and follow scripts/regulations.
• Enter tradie customer details into Salesforce CRM.
