Job summary

WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive in Zetland to manage warm inbound leads and own the full sales cycle from enquiry to close. Earn uncapped commission and a strong base with super, plus an OTE of 140K+ in your first year.

You will engage with motivated buyers in a fast-growing team, with opportunities to advance locally and internationally, and you’ll work from Zetland, Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and inbound leads management.
• Proven ability to close deals and hit targets.
• Comfort working in a high-energy sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of warm and hot inbound sales enquiries.
• Own the full sales cycle from enquiry to close.
• Build strong rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Convert qualified inbound leads into sales.
• Conduct high-volume phone-based sales and follow up opportunities.
• Confidently negotiate, overcome objections and close deals.
