WOW Recruitment is seeking a motivated inbound sales representative to join a fast-growing, innovative business with a unique product and a strong customer base spanning government, ASX-listed companies, leading education institutions and Tier 1 builders in Sydney.

You will manage inbound leads through an established sales process, build relationships by phone, email and face-to-face meetings, coordinate installations and contribute to the smooth progression from sale to delivery within a

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from enquiry through to sale using an established process.
• Build relationships via phone, email and in-person meetings.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements and quoting for larger opportunities.
• Coordinate installers, measurements and installations across the network.
• Manage orders with manufacturers and ensure smooth sale-to-delivery.
• Develop relationships with commercial customers, architects and developers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide ongoing support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

• $75 – 80k plus Comms

Your roles:

• Manage inbound leads from initial enquiry through to sale, using an established sales process
• Build customer relationships through phone, email and in-person meetings
• Conduct site inspections, measurements and quoting for larger opportunities
• Coordinate installers, measurements and installations across the national network
• Manage orders with manufacturers and ensure a smooth process from sale to delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers, architects and developers
• Manage customer enquiries and provide ongoing support
• Look for ways to improve processes, efficiency and the overall customer experience

About you:

• Previous experience in an inbound sales role, ideally dealing with quotes, qualifying leads and dealing with A&D, Commercial, SMB and Medium Businesses
• Confident, professional and genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationships
• Organised and able to manage multiple leads, customers and priorities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without being micromanaged
• A team player who enjoys working closely with others and sharing ideas
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-growing, changing environment
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a desire to help shape and grow the business
