Job summary

TactiCall Recruitment Services in Brisbane is seeking Frontline Customer Service Agents for high-volume inbound calls in the Brisbane City centre. Full-time hours, with a six-month term and potential for extension or permanent placement.

You will handle inbound bookings and freight enquiries, delivering exceptional service while tracking shipments and resolving issues efficiently. Training will be provided; commences 26 October.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in high-volume environments.

• $42.23/hr + Super + Monthly $ Bonus ($50 - $500/mth)
