Telstra is seeking a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant to join our iconic Australian brand. You will deliver an outstanding in-store customer journey, helping customers choose products and services to enhance their telecommunications experience.

Join a team across BATEMANS BAY, BEGA, NOWRA locations, with flexible hours and opportunities for growth and development. Prior customer-facing experience is a plus, and training will be provided to build product expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-store customer engagement.

• Comfort with learning new tech and explaining it to customers.
