reporting to the Venue Manager, you will develop staff, optimise rostering and uphold high standards of guest experience in a bustling five-star environment. This role requires flexibility across a 7-day roster and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a large busy hospitality environment.
• Ability to plan and resource people and products; control labour costs and expenses.
• Exceptional guest service with strong communication across diverse guests.
• Current RSA Statement of Attainment.
• Flexible with availability for a 7-day roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist Venue Manager to lead and support achievement of financial and operational targets.
• Oversee rostering, SOPs, training and performance management.
• Assist with development, implementation and evaluation of service standards and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with RSA and Liquor Act provisions.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing all employees for timely recruitment and career growth.
