Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years case management experience within NSW Workers Compensation, either for a Self-Insurer or Work Cover NSW.
• Experience in supporting people who have sustained complex injuries.
• Empathetic, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and responsively.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of claims for self-insured clients.
• Support customers through Case Management and Injury Management programs.
• Ensure all actions are completed on time with quality customer experience in mind.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers you support.
• Mentor other case managers within the team and contribute ideas for improvement.
