Job summary

Kent Removals & Storage is seeking an External Sales Consultant to join our Sunshine Coast team. You will meet customers in their homes, assess relocation needs, and guide them through tailored proposals and the full sales process with autonomy and support from an established team.

You'll manage appointments, develop tailored proposals and ensure a professional, reassuring experience from first contact to booking.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer consultations or relationship management.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• A consultative approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Good problem-solving skills, spatial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-home consultations to understand customers' relocation needs.
• Preparing accurate estimates, competitive pricing and tailored proposals.
• Building trust and rapport to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Promoting Kent's full range of relocation and storage solutions.
• Managing your sales pipeline, appointments and customer follow-ups.
• Working closely with operations and customer service to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assisting with service enquiries and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Achieving sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
