Kent Removals & Storage is seeking an External Sales Consultant to join our Sunshine Coast team. You will meet customers in their homes, assess relocation needs and craft tailored proposals to close bookings, while managing your own schedule with travel across Queensland as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer consultations or relationship management.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-home consultations to understand customers' relocation needs.
• Preparing accurate estimates and tailored proposals.
• Building trust and rapport to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Promoting Kent's relocation and storage solutions.
• Managing sales pipeline and appointments.
• Working with operations and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Assisting with service enquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Achieving sales targets while maintaining service standards.
