Job summary

Grace Group in Sydney is seeking an energetic Internal Sales Consultant to drive client engagement over the phone and email, qualify needs for removals and storage, and promote services. You will create quotations for domestic and international moves, and coordinate in-home consultations for our sales team, leveraging your customer service and sales experience to hit KPI targets.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus super and uncapped commission, with ongoing training and annual salary

Qualifications

• Appointment setting and/or consultant diary management experience.
• The ability to learn a new industry.
• Excellent computer and administration skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to meet sales objectives.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients over the phone and via email to establish their removal and storage requirements.
• Create quotations for domestic and international moves.
• Organise in-home consultations for our sales consultants.
• Leverage prior customer service and sales experience to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
