Kent Removals & Storage is seeking an External Sales Consultant to join our Sunshine Coast team. You will meet customers in their homes, assess relocation needs and craft tailored proposals, guiding them through the sales process with a professional, reassuring experience.

You’ll manage appointments, build relationships and travel across Queensland to support our teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or relati onship management required.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Consultative approach to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Good problem-solving, spatial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident working independently and managing a busy appointment schedule.
• Current driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel across Queensland including North Queensland and stay away up to a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand relocation needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates, pricing and tailored proposals.
• Build trust to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Promote Kent's relocation and storage solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline, appointments and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Assist with enquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining service standards.
