Job summary

Summertime Pools is seeking a Junior Showroom Consultant to join our team. You’ll work across showroom and technical support, helping customers find the right products while learning pool equipment troubleshooting.

No prior pool expertise required—we’ll teach you. You’ll develop skills in sales, customer service and technical problem solving, with training and mentoring from experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right pool, spa, equipment and options.
• Answering customer enquiries in the showroom, by phone and email.
• Learning to troubleshoot common pool equipment and water-quality issues.
• Performing pool and spa water testing and helping customers understand the results.
• Developing a strong understanding of pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters, automation and other pool equipment.
• Supporting customers with basic technical enquiries and escalating more complex issues when required.
• Assisting with quotes, follow-ups and sales administration.
• Learning how pool systems work together, including equipment and installation processes.
• Assisting with customer appointments, site assessments and basic plans.
• Keeping customer and sales information up to date in HubSpot.
• Working closely with our sales, construction and technical teams to deliver a great customer experience.

The role
