Zusammenfassung

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to support clients in the community from Highfields, Crows Nest and surrounding areas. The role is permanent part-time with a competitive hourly remuneration and travel/allowances.

As a Personal Carer you will visit clients’ homes, assist with daily living activities, follow Care Plans, and help people maintain independence and quality of life through respectful, person-centred care.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work essential.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets and laptops.
• Ability to satisfy probity checks and adhere to Child Safe Standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide care to clients living in the community to support independence and quality of life.
• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits and interacting with clients in their homes.
• In-home personal care including showering, daily living tasks, meal prep, cleaning, laundry and ironing.
• Follow each client's individualised Care Plan and support community activities.
• Assist with transportation, shopping and appointments.
