Job summary

BlueCare is recruiting a Personal Carer to deliver in-home support to clients in the Crows Nest and surrounding areas. You will help with daily living tasks, transport, and social activities while following a personalised care plan and ensuring safety.

This permanent part-time role offers a base rate of $36.32 per hour plus Super, salary packaging options and allowances, as well as travel reimbursements and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent – Essential
• Current Australian Driver's Licence – Essential
• Vehicle to use for work – Essential
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops
• Ability to satisfy probity checks and comply with Child Safe Standards

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care to clients per care plan
• Assist with daily living activities: showering, meals, cleaning, laundry
• Support transportation, shopping, appointments and community activities
• Maintain client independence and quality of life
