Right at Home (Australia) is seeking a Male Personal Care Worker for the Northern Suburbs with an immediate start. You will provide non-medical in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support independence.

Ideal candidates have Certificate III in Individual Support, current First Aid/CPR, and a driver’s license with own vehicle. You will work autonomously, communicate with clients and families, and follow care plans with compassion.

Formación

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Children Check where required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care tasks and mobility.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation tailored to dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support with medication reminders and appointment transportation as needed.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate changes to the team.
• Promote safety and infection control in the home.
