Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a Personal Care Worker (Cert 3 and Own Car Required) to provide holistic, client‑focused in‑home care. You will follow written care plans, support activities of daily living, maintain documentation in the CRM systems, and work with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safety and quality of care.

You must hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Home and Community Care and maintain CPR/First Aid certificates.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Home and Community Care is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates must be maintained.
• Able to operate within client care plans and organisation policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in daily living according to the care plan.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver holistic, client‑focused care.
• Perform light housekeeping to support client self‑care at home.
• Report changes in client condition to the Clinical Care Manager.
