Right at Home in NSW is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support clients in their own homes under a care plan. The role emphasizes holistic, client-focused care delivered within enablement and wellness principles, including light housekeeping and documentation.

Qualifications include a Certificate III in Aged Care or Home and Community Care, CPR and First Aid certification, and at least six months of relevant experience. A Driver’s Licence with private vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III qualification in Aged Care or Home and Community Care (or equivalent).
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates must be maintained.
• Six months experience as a Personal Care Worker in health care or related home care setting.
• Driver’s Licence with comprehensively insured private vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living as per client care plan.
• Perform personal care tasks including hygiene, nutrition, mobility.
• Maintain client records using Right at Home CRM and systems.
• Identify care needs and report to the Clinical Care Manager.
