Job summary

nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician in the Adelaide Metro Area. You will work independently across multiple technologies, performing installations, repairs and maintenance for homes and small businesses.

No prior telecoms experience is required; we’ll train you. A strong safety mindset, clear communication, and a current, clean Driver’s Licence are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Field Technician in Adelaide Metro Area, you’ll work independently to complete tasks across different nbn technologies.
• Your day may involve installations, repairs, maintenance, and supporting customers in their homes or businesses.
• You may install copper or fibre cabling, set up customer equipment, identify and fix faults, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
