Job summary

WHITEPAGE CONSULTANCY PTY LTD – Scoresby, VIC is hiring an Aged or Disabled Carer for a full-time role (38 hours per week). The position supports clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship under the NDIS framework.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in disability or aged care, and an AQF Certificate II or III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in disability or aged care support.
• AQF Certificate II or III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Support mobility and transfers with safety and comfort.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
• Encourage participation in social outings and community activities.
• Maintain household tasks and a safe living environment.
• Support with appointments, medication reminders, and NDIs plan tasks.
