Offshore Staff Assist is seeking compassionate Aged & Disabled Carers to join our client’s team in Australia. You will provide personalised in-home or residential care, supporting daily living activities with empathy and respect.

Requirements include 5+ years in aged care or disability support, appropriate certificates, a valid driver’s licence, and a National Police Check with solid references. Flexible rosters and ongoing training are offered in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aged care or disability support.
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Care, or Community Services.
• Clear National Police Check and satisfactory references.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light household chores.
