Job summary

Vanguard Logistics are seeking an industry experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Sydney team in Mascot. The role focuses on providing exceptional service for import/export shipments and quotations, liaising with overseas offices and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in international freight forwarding customer service and/or operations.
• Strong relationship building and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work autonomously and within a team.
• Well organized with multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Quoting clients
• Liaising with overseas offices to arrange shipments
• Creating and distributing order tracking reports
• Preparation and distribution of customer import tariffs
• Provide support to Business Development Managers as needed
• Providing operations with required documents and rates
• Arranging third-party shipments
