BuildingPoint Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Jobpac Connect ERP across construction businesses in Australia. You will serve as the primary liaison with clients, configure the software to meet client goals, optimize workflows, and drive adoption of the platform.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, project management experience, and the ability to travel locally and nationally.

Formación

• Experience implementing Jobpac Connect ERP or as administrator/lead user with at least 3 years.
• Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, IT or payroll administration.
• Experience in external client-facing software implementation projects.
• Proven track record as a business consultant in construction or related industries.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting and project management workflows.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally with a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and support clients in the effective use of Jobpac Connect.
• Analyse customer business requirements and workflows to inform solution design and implementation.
• Provide consulting to guide clients on best practices and optimal workflows.
• Deliver software application training to end users across all relevant functional areas.
• Monitor and document consulting interactions and progress within case management systems.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and manage engagements through to resolution.
