Job summary

BuildingPoint Australia is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Jobpac Connect across Australian construction businesses. You will be the primary liaison with clients, configuring the ERP to meet their goals and ensuring a smooth adoption.

You will manage multiple engagements, deliver end-user training, and document progress in BuildingPoint’s systems. Travel locally and nationally with a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing or administering Jobpac Connect ERP.
• Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, IT, or payroll administration.
• Experience in software implementation projects with external clients.
• Strong construction accounting/workflow knowledge.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with expertise in Jobpac Connect ERP to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary liaison between the company and our customers, leading the implementation of Jobpac Connect across a variety of construction businesses.

You’ll manage multiple consulting engagements, focusing on configuring Jobpac Connect to meet client-specific business goals, streamlining workflows, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implement and support clients in the effective use of Jobpac Connect
• Analyse customer business requirements, objectives, and operational processes to inform solution design and implementation
• Provide consulting services to guide clients on best practices, standard methodologies, and optimal workflows aligned with their desired business outcomes
• Deliver software application training to end users across all relevant functional areas
• Monitor, track, and document all consulting interactions, activities, and progress within BuildingPoint’s case management systems
• Maintain proactive communication with clients by keeping them informed on the status of their deliverables and manage each engagement through to resolution

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience either implementing or as an Administrator/Lead user of Jobpac Connect ERP
• Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, IT, or payroll administration, or equivalent work experience
• Software implementation project work experience, focusing on external client relations
• Proven track record as a business consultant in construction or related industries
• Strong understanding of construction accounting and project management workflows
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Able to travel locally and nationally as required, possessing a valid driver's license
