• Demonstrated experience in retail management (or hospitality management), including experience in coaching and mentoring people.
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Retail Supervisor in all aspects of a retail operation and delegate responsibilities where appropriate to ensure sound business practices and sales targets are achieved.
• Work with staff and volunteers to review pricing, visual merchandising, promotional events and selling techniques to maintain profitability.
• Coach and develop direct reports daily, ensuring development goals are linked to business objectives and improved performance.
