Mind Australia is seeking resourceful Psychosocial Disability Support Workers for fixed‑term part‑time and casual opportunities in Seymour. You will deliver personalised support services through one‑to‑one support, group work, and workshops to enhance recovery and daily living skills.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Mental Health or related field, experience supporting people with psychosocial issues, NDIS awareness, a valid driver’s license, and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Experience with psychosocial issues and complex needs.
• Ability to assess needs and plan goal‑focused recovery.
• Awareness and understanding of the NDIS is required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver one‑to‑one support and group work to enhance recovery and daily living skills.
• Plan and develop group programs to build skills and wellbeing.
• Support families and carers with information and referrals.
• Build links to local supports and maintain community connections.
• Contribute to service operations with housekeeping duties.
