Job summary

MannaCare, a not-for-profit aged care provider in Manningham/Mitcham area, seeks a Project Support Officer for the Good to Great project. You will help maintain momentum by coordinating activities, following up on actions and ensuring the Project Manager has the information to progress initiatives.

You will work with senior leadership and contribute to organisational improvement in residential, community and in-home aged care services.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project support.
• Experience supporting projects in health, aged care or community services will be valued.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating meetings, preparing reports and tracking actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to gather information, identify themes and prepare clear project documentation.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach to keep activities moving.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of the Good to Great project.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions.
• Track milestones and ensure tasks progress within timeframes.
• Conduct interviews and gather information from staff and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, updates and progress summaries.
• Support change management and develop clear communication activities.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, records and documentation.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support as required.
