Job summary

MannaCare is seeking a motivated Project Officer - Clinical Governance to join on a full-time 12-month contract. The role reports to the Executive Director of Quality and Safeguarding and the Project Manager, supporting delivery of the Good to Great project and ensuring momentum through stakeholder engagement and timely information for the Project Manager.

The position offers a collaborative environment with exposure to senior leadership, plus strong benefits under an NFP salary packaging

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in aged care/health or community services is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining documentation and tracking actions.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of the Good to Great project.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions.
• Track milestones and ensure tasks progress within timeframes.
• Conduct interviews and gather information from staff and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, updates, and progress summaries.
• Support change management and develop clear communication activities.
• Maintain project plans, schedules and documentation.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery.
