Mitchell Morley Employees in Sydney North Shore NSW is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for Medical Devices. You will be the first point of contact for hospitals and surgeons, coordinating bookings from enquiry through to the day of the procedure.

You’ll manage bookings by phone and email, confirm stock, and ensure the right products arrive on time. The role trains hands-on from day one, with shifts between 7:30am and 6:30pm (initial shift 9:30am–5:30pm).

Competenze

• Experience in hospital administration, theatre scheduling, medical devices or allied health would be valuable.
• What matters most is urgency, phone confidence, attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.

Mansioni

• Take bookings by phone and email and enter details into the system.
• Confirm stock availability with hospitals and allocate products to patients.
• Coordinate with internal dispatch teams and hospital staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage temperature-sensitive transport requirements and arrange returns of unused products.
• Assist the clinical care team with post-procedure follow-up.
