Job summary

Health and Aged Care Professionals in Macquarie Park, NSW, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a casual/temporary role within a global medical device organisation. You will manage inbound customer enquiries, process orders, coordinate returns, and support internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Ideal candidates have strong phone-based customer service skills, intermediate Excel and MS Office proficiency, and experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred).
