Job summary

Darling Downs Health is looking for an Advisor Learning Design and Learning Management System to create engaging digital learning experiences that build workforce capability and help employees access the knowledge they need to succeed.

You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to turn complex information into practical learning solutions, improve the LMS through QA and continuous improvement, and use data to drive learning effectiveness across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital learning solutions using instructional design principles.
• Capability working with learning management systems, including content administration and user support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to improve outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Qualifications in adult education, learning and development, vocational education and training, and/or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging online learning programs building knowledge, skills and confidence.
• Partner with subject matter experts to turn complex information into practical learning solutions.
• Enhance the learning management system through QA and continuous improvement.
• Use data and insights to improve learning effectiveness and solve learner challenges.
