You will be an experienced Social Worker or Psychologist who is values driven and enjoys supporting people to think, feel and perform better. We’re passionate about delivering great outcomes for our customers and offer a diversity of services from individual support and therapy to organisational

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting individuals across a wide range of issues.
• Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work from an approved Australian Institution.
• Current membership with AASW or registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
• Critical incident experience would be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Assessments of client’s presenting concerns and related risk.
• Use short term solution focused therapy to identify goals and provide skills and strategies.
• Provide counselling to individuals with various presenting issues including mental, emotional, lifestyle and work-life concerns.
• Work autonomously with clients and ensure best practice in your approach.
• Provide on-site EAP and critical incident response to our customers.
• Provide psychosocial training to our customers at their workplaces.
