We’re growing and expanding our team with opportunities for part-time or full-time Psychologists focused on Critical Incident Management Support and trauma care.

You will deliver brief therapy, counselling and risk assessments, working autonomously while partnering with experts. Join a global organisation offering development, supervision, and strong benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting individuals across a wide range of issues.
• Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills.
• AHPRA registration and Medicare provider number.
• Critical incident experience.

Aufgaben

• Assessments of client’s presenting concerns and related risk.
• Provide short-term solution-focused therapy to identify goals and skills.
• Counselling for individuals with mental, emotional, lifestyle and work-life concerns.
• Work autonomously with clients and maintain best practice in your approach.
• Develop networks with internal and external subject matter experts.
