Job summary

Assure is seeking expressions of interest for Clinicians in a part-time role to deliver coaching and counselling support across a range of issues. You will work with a client-centred model and brief therapy to help individuals navigate work, health and life journeys.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work with current registration.
• Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills.
• Critical incident experience is desirable, as is experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions and workplace behaviour coaching.
• Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these with relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell EAP services to organisational customers.

What we need from you:

Qualifications in Psychology orSocial Work with current registration
