APM is seeking part-time Clinicians in Australia to deliver coaching and counselling support using client-centred care and brief therapy models. You will help individuals manage work, health and life journeys within a collaborative team environment.

The role offers regular supervision, professional development and opportunities to contribute to workplace interventions across diverse client groups, within a growing global organisation.

Qualificações

• Qualification in Psychology or Social Work with current registration.
• Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills.
• Critical incident experience is desirable; experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions and workplace behaviour coaching.
• Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and contribute to group sessions as part of a supportive team.

What we need from you:
