Qualifications

• Qualifications in Psychology with current registration.
• Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching.
• Proactive and engaging with organisational customers.
• Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organisational customers.
• Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers.
• Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clients.
• Experience working with couples and adolescents.
