Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting individuals across a wide range of issues.
• Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work from an approved Australian Institution.
• Current membership with AASW or registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
• Critical incident experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assessments of client’s presenting concerns and related risk.
• Use short term solution focused therapy to identify goals and provide skills and strategies.
• Provide counselling to individuals with various presenting issues including mental, emotional, lifestyle and work-life concerns.
• Work autonomously with clients and ensure best practice in your approach.
• Provide on-site EAP and critical incident response to our customers.
• Provide psychosocial training to our customers at their workplaces.

We have full time or part-time opportunities.

The work includes:

• Assessments of client’s presenting concerns and related risk.
• Use short term solution focused therapy to identify goals and provide appropriate skills and strategies to achieve them
• Provision of counselling to individuals with a variety of presenting issues including but not limited to mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work life concerns.
• Working autonomously with your clients and ensuring best practice in your approach to client work
• Providing on site EAP and critical incident response to our customers.
• Providing psychosocial training to our customers at their workplaces.
