Job summary

Point Care Pty Ltd in Gladstone, Australia, is hiring a Client Regional Coordinator – Child Safety & NDIS. The role oversees and coordinates supports for children and young people under Child Safety and NDIS frameworks, ensuring compliance and positive client outcomes across Queensland operations.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload, develop and review care plans, and liaise with families, carers, and providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Child Safety, Out-of-Home Care, or NDIS.
• Strong understanding of NDIS framework and Queensland Child Protection requirements.
• Experience working with complex behaviours and high-support clients.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Child Safety and NDIS participants
• Develop and review care plans, support plans, and risk assessments
• Coordinate SIL and out-of-home care placements
• Liaise with Child Safety, families, support coordinators, and allied health
• Monitor NDIS funding utilisation and prepare review reports
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Child Protection legislation
• Lead case meetings and multidisciplinary reviews
• Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and safeguarding
