Point Care Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Case Manager to oversee supports for children and young people under Child Safety and NDIS frameworks, based on the Sunshine Coast. You will coordinate SIL, out-of-home care placements, develop care and risk plans, and liaise with families, safety professionals, and funding bodies.

The role requires 2–3 years’ experience in Child Safety, OOHC or NDIS, strong knowledge of NDIS and Queensland Child Protection, and the ability to manage complex

• 2–3 years’ experience in Child Safety, Out-of-Home Care, or NDIS.
• Strong understanding of NDIS framework and Child Protection requirements (QLD).
• Experience working with complex behaviours and high-support clients.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain compliance.

About the Role
