Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedCase Managerto oversee and coordinate supports for children and young people under bothChild Safety and NDIS frameworks.

This role is critical in ensuring compliance, strong stakeholder engagement, and positive client outcomes across our Sunshine Coast operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Child Safety and NDIS participants
• Develop and review care plans, support plans, and risk assessments
• Coordinate SIL and out-of-home care placements
• Liaise with Child Safety, families, support coordinators, and allied health

About You

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or similar
• CurrentBlue Card (Working with Children Check)
• CurrentNDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
