Job summary

Snow Foundation is partnering with Ripple Opportunities to recruit a part-time Program Associate to support education work within the Youth portfolio. You’ll organise meetings, undertake research, capture notes, track actions and follow-ups, and draft briefing materials for committees and partners.

• Strong ability to translate complex briefs into clear actions.
• Experience turning diverse perspectives into organized plans.
• Ability to draft letters, briefing notes and board papers.

Responsibilities

• Organise and participate in meetings, workshops and online seminars with the Executive Director.
• Undertake research; capture key notes; track actions, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Manage portfolio correspondence; draft briefing notes and partner emails; support communications.
• Coordinate with the Youth portfolio and help build momentum across initiatives.
